1. A camo-printed pair of Crocs

'I love my Crocs because they're incredibly comfortable, supportive, and surprisingly lightweight. I can wear them anytime, anywhere—from running errands to spending the day on the boat to hiking—and they're easy to clean thanks to the rubber material (just hose them off!).' — Amanda Tarlton, Features & Trending Content Editor

2. The iconic Nike Air Force Ones

'My Air Force Ones literally go with everything. They look good with jeans, dresses and everything in-between, and can easily be dressed up or down. They've lasted me almost three years now and they're still super comfortable—I've worn them to music festivals, on nights out and to run errands, and they're perfect for all of the above.' — Melissa Lee, Staff Writer, Deals

3. The legendary Adidas Stan Smith sneaker

'The Adidas Stan Smiths have been a cult-classic sneaker for years, with timeless styling that works everywhere with just about anything. Seriously. Shorts at summer cookouts? Yup. With dress jeans and a blazer? Totally. Best of all, unlike most white sneakers as these get beat up they just gain more character. Get one in every color and you'll be set for years.' — TJ Donegan, Executive Editor, Core Content

4. These ultra comfy Bob's slip-ons

'I love my Bobs. Firstly, they come in sizes small enough to fit my tiny feet so I love that. They're the only pair of slides I own so I wear them every day for work. They go with everything, are very comfy, have the cutest animal prints, and most importantly they make a donation to a charitable animal organization with every purchase.' — Annie LaRocca, Business Development Associate

5. These best-selling running shoes from Brooks

Transfer pictures from iphone to galaxy. 'I don't usually think too much about my footwear beyond 'do they cover my feet?', 'do they hurt to wear?', and as a distant third, 'do they look terrible?' That said, I've been buying Brooks sneakers for the past few years, mainly because I think the company's a pretty decent one, socially and ecologically, as far as shoe manufacturers go. Not the sexiest of reasons, but, well, that's me!' — Andrew Winson, Data Entry Manager

6. The eternally popular Birkenstock sandal

'The best investments I've made for my wardrobe are my Birkenstocks. I have bought two pairs and wear them any chance I get just for how supportive and comfy they are. My favorite thing about Birkenstocks is that they get better with time—they form to the unique curvature of your feet the more you wear them.' — Felicity Warner, Staff Writer, Home

7. A versatile and outdoorsy Teva sandal

'I bought a pair of Teva sandals during quarantine because I was tired of wearing my $1 Old Navy flip flops when I wanted to go run an errand real quick but was too lazy to put on real shoes. My roommate swore by hers so I made the splurge—and I've never looked back. I wear them so often my feet have the weirdest sandal tan now. They're super comfy, easy to put on, really cute, supportive, and fit perfectly to your foot thanks to the velcro straps. The only issue is sometimes I'll notice the bottom of my feet are kinda gross after going on a long walk through city streets or on a hike through the woods, so just make sure you clean your feet every day like a sane person.' — Melissa Rorech, Video Producer/Editor

8. A pair of versatile, no-fuss sneakers by Camper

'I love my Camper Peu Rambla slip-ons. I had Campers a long time ago but forgot about the brand until I saw the Peus in an Instagram post. I immediately had to track them down. I love the canvas uppers and white rubber foxing tape. But my absolute favorite detail is the way the laces are tied, with a knot at the top and bottom.' — Sunil Doshi, VP, Product - Development

9. A lightweight and breathable sneaker by Mizuno

'When I started running track in high school, I bought a pair of Mizuno Wave Riders at a running store after an employee studied my gait and neutral foot arch. Some 16 years later and they're still the only running shoes I buy—I've even run a marathon in them! And now that COVID-19 has me avoiding public transportation, they've become my everyday shoe as I log a few miles to the park and back or a long stroll across the city. They're sturdy, lightweight, exceedingly comfortable, and they always have fun color options.' — Meghan Kavanaugh, Managing Editor, Core Content

10. These Birkenstock clogs for all-day comfort

'Birkenstock's Soft Footbed Boston Clogs are my go-to for fall and spring because they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned and match with (almost) everything! I can rely on them for the perfect blend of quality and comfort.' — Cailey Lindberg, Staff Writer, Updates

11. The runner-approved Brooks Ghost sneaker

Editors In Love

'I've trained for and ran 3 marathons in different variations of the Brooks Ghost and they have been my go-to sneaker for years for good reason. They're a great neutral running shoe, so they are perfect for most foot types. The Brooks Ghost don't have to go through any breaking in periods, as they feel sturdy and supportive straight out of the box. I've never gotten a blister while running with them through rain, snow, sleet, and extreme heat. Whether you are a long-distance runner or you just want a supportive shoe that will feel comfortable, I can't recommend them enough.' — Kate McCarthy, Social Media Manager

12. A pair of Reef flip-flops with a cushioned sole

'The soles are thicker than the usual foam flip flops, which gives them softer support and greater protection from the ground. The fabric straps don't have the uncomfortable break-in period of rubber thongs that can chew up your feet. And they don't easily break—I get at least a year per pair and wear them daily.' — Amy Roberts, Managing Editor, Lifestyle & Emerging Categories

13. These Nike sneakers that are completely customizable

'They are so comfortable, I can walk for miles in them (very important in NYC since I walk everywhere). They go well with both sporty workout outfits and skirts/dresses. They are cute but not so trendy you'll hate them after a season, they really stand the test of time. I also love that you can customize them on the Nike site!' — Jamie Ueda, Staff Writer, Apparel

14. A pair of Allbirds for everyday wear

'I wear my Allbirds all over Boston. In the warm months, my tree runners keep me cool and spry for the long summer walks, and in the cool months, my wool runners keep me warm and cozy whenever I need to dash to work or the supermarket. I can wear these shoes for hours before my feet even begin to ache. After two years of constant use, my wool runners are still as solid as they were on day one—and if they start to look or smell dirty, I can just toss them in the washer.' — Emily Ramirez, Staff Writer, Electronics

15. These casual Vans slip-ons

'I have a steady rotation of Vans slip-ons in my shoe collection because I literally wear them with everything. I own the all-black pair as well as the red-checkered pattern, and they are seriously my go-to footwear no matter the season. I just love the iconic design, plus they form to your feet over time and provide great arch support. They're a classic for a reason!' — Isabelle Kagan, Staff Writer, E-commerce
